  • What kind of exercise equipment do I need for the 2X Ripped Blueprint?

    • If you belong to even a small gym, it should have everything you need. If you have a home gym with cable pulleys and free weights, you have more than enough equipment. Dumbbells are very useful but not absolutely necessary. I would like you to have access to either cable pulleys or dumbbells. If you have access to both, even better. Outside of that, if you have a weight bench, you have everything you need. A dip bar and pull up bar are also great to have, but not necessary. Really, if I have enough different size and weights of rocks, I could get in a 2X Ripped Blueprint workout. Excuses hold so many people back. But not you now!

  • Are the workouts hard?

    • That's up to you. Do you want the best results? Do you want to transform your body into looking it's best ever? If yes, then the workouts should be hard, but invigorating. Remember, once you've gotten past the initial breaking in stage, you're done in 60-minutes. Twice a week, and you're done. It's 9:30 am on a Thursday when I'm typing the answer to this question, and my next strength workout isn't until Monday! Those who put the most into those 60-minutes will be the ones people look at and say, "Wow!"
